Alterations:

In the event that your product has not met the criterion provided or the level of satisfaction guaranteed, our sales team will happily accept return shipments for alterations. Once we have accommodated your specified list of changes and amendments, the order will be delivered back to your doorstep. The process is swift, void of delay and led by a team of representatives who truly care.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy:

  • We accept any unworn, unwashed shirts with original tags within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. 
  • In order to request an alteration or remake, you must contact our customer care expert.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Exchanges, and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.

THESE STEPS WILL BE FOLLOWED IN CASE OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the amount will be transferred to your given bank account details, within a certain amount of days. 

2.  Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, are packed properly.

3. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense.

 

SPECIAL NOTES FOR CUSTOM SHIRT ORDERS

  • We happily accept request for any changes in custom sizes/style if our customers are not fully satisfied with the fit.
  • Custom shirts are made with specific customer requirements, hence custom orders are non-refundable. However, we are always ready for alterations and even remakes in special cases.

 

SPECIAL NOTES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE PAKISTAN

  • Customers are responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers outside from Pakistan will have to bear the shipping charges.
